Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pankh provides SSC and government-exam preparation, including previous-year questions, solutions, mock tests, and performance analysis, in English and Hindi. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

• Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Current plans include Pro (₹49 for 3 months) and Elite (₹79 for 6 months). Prices and plans may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. By purchasing, you authorise us (and Razorpay) to charge the applicable amount.
• Subscriptions grant access for the stated period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions do not auto-renew, and access ends when the period expires.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Pankh sells digital products and grants immediate access to content upon purchase. Accordingly, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and its content for your own exam preparation only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service.
• Share your account or allow others to use it.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or infringe the rights of others.

The Service and all its content — including questions, curation, solutions, text, graphics, logos, the "Pankh" name and mark, and software — are owned by or licensed to Pankh and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you. Previous-year examination questions are curated and presented by Pankh; our curation, solutions, and presentation are our proprietary work.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve the Service, without any obligation to you.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways and hosting providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Pankh does not guarantee any particular result, score, rank, or selection in any examination. Your performance depends on many factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pankh and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pankh and its founder from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We will acknowledge and seek to resolve grievances within the timelines required by applicable law.

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Pankh regarding the Service.
• Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
• We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
